Our Core Principles
These guidelines exist to maintain the integrity and usefulness of our community. Every rule serves a purpose: ensuring that our platform reviews and rankings remain trustworthy and that our community remains a welcoming space for everyone from curious first-timers to seasoned psychic reading enthusiasts.
Review Standards
Honesty Is Non-Negotiable
Reviews must reflect genuine personal experience. Fabricated reviews — whether positive or negative — undermine everything our community stands for. If we determine a review is fabricated, it will be removed and the account may be suspended. This applies equally to:
- Fake positive reviews designed to boost a reader or platform
- Fake negative reviews designed to harm a reader or platform
- Reviews written by people who did not actually use the service
- Reviews copied from other sources
Be Specific
The most helpful reviews include specific details about your experience. Instead of just saying "my reading was great," explain what made it great. Did the reader provide specific, verifiable insights? Were predictions accurate? Was the communication style effective? Details help other community members make informed decisions.
Be Fair
Rate your experience, not your expectations. If you went in hoping for a specific answer and did not get it, that does not make the reading bad. Evaluate based on the reader's skill, professionalism, accuracy, and the value you received relative to what you paid. Our community works best when reviews are fair and balanced.
Include Context
Helpful reviews include: the platform used, the type of reading (phone, chat, video), the approximate length, the specialty area (love, career, mediumship, etc.), and your overall satisfaction. The more context you provide, the more useful your review is to others in similar situations.
Community Discussion Rules
Be Respectful
Disagreement is welcome. Disrespect is not. Whether you are discussing platforms, readers, or the concept of psychic ability itself, treat other community members with courtesy. Personal attacks, harassment, and bullying will result in account action. Remember — we are all here because we share an interest, even if our opinions differ.
No Promotion or Spam
Do not post promotional content for specific readers, platforms, or services. Do not post affiliate links, discount codes, or referral links. Our community discussions exist to share genuine experiences and advice, not to market services. If you are a reader yourself, you may participate in discussions but you must not self-promote.
Protect Privacy
Do not share personal information about other people in your reviews or discussions. You may mention a reader by their platform display name, but do not share personal details about readers, other users, or individuals mentioned in your readings. Respect everyone's privacy.
Stay On Topic
Our community is focused on online psychic reading experiences, platform reviews, and related guidance. While we welcome discussion about spiritual topics in the context of psychic readings, this is not a general spirituality forum. Keep contributions relevant to our community's purpose.
What We Do Not Allow
- Fabricated or plagiarized reviews
- Hate speech, discrimination, or targeted harassment
- Promotion of specific readers or platforms outside of genuine reviews
- Sharing personal information of other individuals
- Medical, legal, or financial advice disguised as psychic guidance
- Encouraging dependency on psychic readings
- Spam, affiliate links, or commercial promotion
How We Moderate
Our moderation team reviews flagged content and new reviews. We use a combination of community flagging and editorial review to maintain quality. If your review or post is removed, you will receive a notification explaining why. First-time violations typically receive a warning; repeated violations may result in account suspension.
We believe in transparency about our process. If you have questions about a moderation decision, you can reach out to our team for clarification.
Scoring Methodology
Our platform scores are calculated using the following weighted formula based on community input:
- Accuracy (35%): How insightful and accurate was the reading experience?
- Value for Money (25%): Was the quality proportional to the price?
- Reader Selection (20%): Quality and variety of available readers
- Customer Support (20%): How well does the platform handle issues?
These weights were determined by community vote. Scores are recalculated weekly. You can see current rankings on our best psychic readings page.
